JEWISH ROOTS: The Spirit of Elijah
Show Notes

This episode begins a topical miniseries designed to explore and deepen our Jewish roots - to answer a need that is surfacing in people of all faiths:  a longing to reconnect to the faith of our forefathers (Abraham, Isaac and Jacob).

This experience of restlessness and longing for "something more" is one of the clear signs that we are living in the days right before the Day of the Lord.  It's found in the book of Malachi which contains the Father's last recorded, memorialized words He gave to encourage His children during the 450 years between the close of the Old Testament canon and the coming of Messiah.

The lessons we  explore in this episode are as true today as it was in the time of Malachi:

  1. What the spirit of Elijah is and how it operates.
  2. Signs that show us God is releasing this spirit now.
  3. A personal encounter with the spirit of Elijah and how life-changing it has been.
  4. Why this is so important for us to understand.
